Acupuncture
Cosmetic - Cosmetic acupuncture is the only option and alternative to more invasive techniques such as plastic surgery, laser treatments, and Botox or injections for looking and feeling younger.
Medical - Acupuncture not only helps to eliminate the symptoms but also it works towards the restoration of harmony and balance in body, mind, and spirit by stimulating nerves.
Aromatherapy
Is a gentle and relaxing massage with Essential Oils. The healing properties of a plant are concentrated in its Essential Oil. For the massage, the Essential Oils are diluted, usually, in almond or grapeseed oil or both. The blend of Essential Oils together with the therapeutic effect of massage helps the body to relax and get rid of toxins. The effects of the Essential Oils and the Massage are not only physical but also mental and emotional.
Bio Energy
Bowen Therapy
Bowen is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy. Gentle moves on the muscle stimulate energy flow and balance in the body. The moves relax the muscles and unwind the nerves, allowing messages through, so the body corrects itself, returning nerves and muscles to a healthy, pain-free state.
Bowen offers the best injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management, boosting the patient’s ability to cope with injuries by correcting and optimizing the body’s biomechanics and autoregulatory processes. It works by removing the body’s memory of past injury patterns, which pre-determine the tendency for re-injury. The result: injuries are resolved and strength training and support programs are far more effective and efficient. Adding Bowen therapy during recovery decreases the intensity of an injury, the length of time in recovery, and the most long-term effects. Usually, normal activity resumes after 5 pain-free days.
Chiropractic
When joints are malaligned they degenerate quickly. Because of this, joints are exquisitely sensitive so you can feel it when they are out of place. So they may be very painful. All sorts of body systems can be affected when the joints of the spine are malaligned because the spinal nerves are tucked in right beside them. Serious systemic problems can arise from vertebral malalignment.
There are many types of chiropractic; many different schools and techniques. Dr. Gonstead found that when and where the spine failed, a vertebra failed, it tended to fall backward of its disc. He said it did this because that's what the anatomy allows, because when you look for that you can see hints of it on Xray, and when you correct the resultant "positeriority", you get the best results. The technique is comfortable, extremely safe, remarkably effective, but hard to learn. There aren't too many practitioners around, but Norman Allan is most partial to this technique and is trained in it.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy can also access and release stored tensions in the body, both physical and emotional. A combination of hands-on bodywork with energy medicine, CranioSacral therapy communicates with your life force, working to remove blockages and defense mechanisms, and enabling the body to access its own healing capabilities. Results are profound and long-lasting.
During a treatment, the therapist feels for areas of fascial restriction in the body and performs delicate manipulations to free tension and improve joint and soft tissue mobility. As a result, the pulse of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the nervous system is restored, while the circulation and drainage of lymph and sinus fluids is improved. The easy flow of cerebrospinal fluid reflects the softness of the connective tissues, or fascia, linking all organs, muscles, and bones. Disturbances in the flow of fluid are said to reflect tension or injuries in the body or pressures on the cranial bones.
CranioSacral Therapy effectively treats a range of acute and chronic conditions. It is especially recommended for those who experience:
• a general feeling of unwellness and/or stress
• chronic pain and tension
• depression or grief
• chronic fatigue
• headaches, jaw, ear, or eye discomfort
• dizziness or imbalance
• digestive concerns

Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a gentle system of medicine that focuses on the unique characteristics of the individual. It is based on the philosophy that for true healing to occur all aspects of a person must be addressed; the physical, mental and emotional states. Homeopathic remedies stimulate the body’s own innate ability to heal itself. A well-chosen remedy will act quickly and safely. With professional guidance, Homeopathic remedies are safe to take with other medication, by pregnant or lactating women, and by infants or the elderly.

Registered Massage Therapy, RMT
This therapy has proven results in relieving stress and pain from injury, overuse, and chronic pain disorders. A variety of techniques are used, tailored to your particular ailment or treatment aim. Registered Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession, and as such, is covered by many benefit plans.
Swedish Massage
While the Aromatherapy Massage is relaxing and gentle, the Swedish massage is a more vigorous and stimulating kind of massage. It uses different types of strokes- the way a massage therapist manipulates the muscles and tissue of the body. Although its emphasis is more on stimulation than relaxation, it can be adjusted to involve relaxation. Swedish massage was developed by Per Henrik, a Swedish physiologist and fencing master who gave the French names to some of the basic movements of the Swedish massage. This kind of massage became popular in the 19th century.

Reflexology
Is a unique and non-invasive method of massage using the thumbs and fingers on the reflex areas of the feet and/or hands. It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all glands, organs and parts of the body. Energy flows through the body along ten designated pathways, known as zones. This is similar to the meridian theory in both Shiatsu and Acupunture. The ten reflexology zones are mirrored on the feet and hands, so that every organ and gland can be located on the feet and hands as it is on the body. The right foot and hand take in the organs on the right half of the body; the left foot and hand encompass the left half.
Reiki
Is a non-invasive, gentle, hands-on Energy Healing where the practitioner is a channel for the universal life-force energy The person receiving the healing treatment lies on a massage table and remains fully clothed throughout the duration of the session. The practitioner then places their hands very gently on specific places on the head and body of the person receiving the treatment and holds them still for a few minutes. Reiki acts to heal, harmonize, and balance the whole self, it cannot be harmful in any way. The potential for healing with Reiki is unlimited, so anything can be treated. Many physical symptoms can be eased very quickly, while others may need lots of Reiki before starting to respond.
During a Reiki session, it's recommended to use comfortable and loose clothes, especially clothes that do not constrict the stomach.
