Ayda Moreno
Aromatherapy Massage, Ear Candling, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Reiki
My name is Ayda Moreno. I am a Certified Aromatherapist, a Reiki Master, and a Reflexologist. Back in Colombia, I was exposed to the use of healing plants, homeopathy and other natural ways of healing since I was very little. My mother instilled in me love, trust and respect for the power of plants and Nature. Once I came to live in Canada, my interest for healing plants and natural ways of dealing with disease grew stronger. I took the Holistic Health Program at the Transformational Arts College, which helped me not only to confirm what I already knew but, to learn more about the plants and their healing power. I also learned about the body's incredible healing powers, its capacity to adapt, its strength even when the internal and/or the external environments we expose it to are not the most healthy.
