Violeta Nastase

Violeta received her Medical Doctor’s Degree in Europe where she practiced medicine for 10 years. During that time she was the Chief Physician of a medical clinic leading a team of 8 doctors and 10 nurses. She was also a co-author on several medical books and publications.

Upon immigrating to Canada she acquired her degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Science from the Homeopathic College of Canada. In 1999 she co-founded Riverdale Homeopathic Clinic. For the past 22 years, Violeta has been actively practicing at Riverdale H.C. and teaching homeopathy at 3 homeopathic colleges (HCC, OCHM, and CCHM). She has also taught bioscience at the Institute of Traditional Medicine for the past 12 years.

Violeta is involved in research in clinical homeopathy and attends homeopathic lectures and seminars regularly to maintain her skills as a Classical Homeopathic practitioner. Since 2010 she has been a part of the research team studying the homeopathic treatment of children with ADHD in 2 separate studies.

Violeta is the 2013 Recipient for the Association Community Awareness and Excellence Award (ACAEA) from the Ontario Homeopathic Association. She is registered and is a member of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario.

Her areas of expertise include: treatment of chronic conditions, treatment of children and adolescents particularly those diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and patients exhibiting symptoms of emotional distress.

Violeta uses homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, and Dr. Schussler’s tissue salts remedies in her practice.
