p.i.n.e project - Remembering our Roots Reconnecting to Nature and Each Other

A speaking event with Mark Morey, April 25th, 7pm

Right now, outside, the birds move in pairs building their nests for the season ahead. What a great time to gather and build our own nests in the strengthening of community!

We're excited to welcome Mark Morey to Toronto to share tools, techniques, and innovative practices from around the world that are helping communities re-integrate nature connection and build community resilience.

Founder of the Vermont Wilderness School, The Institute for Natural Learning, and co-founder of the 8 Shields Institute, each year we invite Mark to Ontario to guide us on how we can re-connect or deepen our connection to nature.

Mark works with organizations across the world who are doing the front line work of changing community relationships to nature.
He speaks with an on-the-ground perspective on how this deepened connection is healing for our children, our families and our communities for now and for future generations.

To learn more, connect with other like minded individuals and organizations, and find inspiration and new ideas,  please join us on Thursday April 25th, 2013 for Remembering our Roots: Reconnecting with Nature and Each Other.
